Currently we ship within the US and the European Union. If you live somewhere else, send us a message at order@allaboutmyra.com com or connect us on Instagram or Facebook and we'll figure it out!

We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

We do not include pricing information in our packages. We do include other order information for exchanges and returns. If you would like to add a gift message, we are happy to help you. Just send us your details (order number, message text) at support@allaboutmyra.com.

You will receive an email within an hour after you placed your order- if for some reason you don’t receive an order confirmation please send us an e-mail at support@allaboutmyra.com. Please include what you ordered so we can check! 

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order prior to shipping. Send us an e-mail at support@allaboutmyra.com. Start your subject line with 'Cancel' or 'Modify' so we can make sure to handle your message immediately. Please include your order number! We will confirm your order cancelation or changes as soon as possible. However, once your order has shipped you will need to reference our return policy.

In the US: MYRA is required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to the following states in accordance with a Supreme Court Ruling:  CA, CO

Product questions

Don't worry, thats just the protective film that we put on the inside of our clear cases. You have to find a corner of it and just pull it off and the smudges and scratches are gone. That's not it? Write us at support@allaboutmyra.com.

Right now we are offering cases for all iPhone models newer than iPhone 7. We have 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, XS, XS Max, 11, 11Pro, 11Pro Max, SE(2020), 12, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. We are planning on adding other phone manufacturers in the near future. Subscribe to your newsletter to find out more. You can find the subscription box in the footer of our main site. 

We have tested the drop protection on both our phone models from 5 feet. All the edges are lifted by 1-2mm to protect your screen. The cases are made of TPU and silicone. The material has been adjusted so that it is hard enough to protect from bumps, but soft enough so that it is shockproof (the material absorbs the shock instead of your phone) and that also makes it feel good to hold - it has a great grip. The rope is really the best added protection from the drops as well! Having said all this, we still highly recommend you use a screen protector for the 'flat-on-the-screen-on-gravel" kind of drop.

Our clear cases are rather slim but still give a high level of protection. We test them from a dropping height of 5 feet and they are withstanding. 

You can wash your rope with regular soap or throw it in the washing machine on a cold or warm cycle. Do not put your Myra rope in the dryer. The cases are best wiped with a wet disinfecting wipe. SPECIAL INFORMATION

Both, the CDC and WHO agree that the danger of getting sick from packages is very low. Although the Virus can live on surfaces for a short time, the likelihood of contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. We take this pandemic very seriously and don't have anyone in our office and warehouse showing symptoms handle our goods.
